From the North by Interstate 75
Take Exit 228 (Old Exit 44) to Interstate 275 going to St. Petersburg. Get off of Interstate 275 by Exit 2 (Old Exit 1) to U. S. 41 North, this is the last exit before the toll road. There are signs with the warning. Turn right onto U. S. 41 North for approximately 3 miles. You will see Port Manatee's water tower on the left and the Port Manatee-North Gate sign on the right. Turn left onto the road just across from the sign.


From the North by U.S. 41

Take U. S. 41 south through Gibsonton, Ruskin and past old Sun City. Approximately 10 minutes from old Sun City is Port Manatee.Port Manatee is approximately 10 minutes south of old Sun City on the right.

From the South by Interstate 75

From the South by U.S. 41
Take U. S. 41 North through Bradenton and Palmetto. The Port is approximately 10 miles north of Palmetto. The Port water tower will be on the left. Look for the Port Manatee-North Gate sign on the right. Turn left onto the street across from the sign.

From St. Petersburg by Interstate 275
Take Interstate 275 South, over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge to Exit 2 (Old Exit 1) in Manatee County onto U. S. 41 North. Turn left onto U. S. 41 North and travel approximately 3 miles. On the left you will see the water tower for Port Manatee. On the right-hand side is the Port Manatee-North Gate sign. Turn left onto the street across from the sign.
