Port Manatee is located at the entrance to Tampa Bay on the West Coast of Florida at 27 degrees 38'5" N and 82 degrees 33'30" W. The entrance to Tampa Bay is located about 220 miles north of Key West and 330 miles south of Pensacola. The Port is situated about 11 miles up channel from Egmont Key Light.
