All tenants and users shall comply with the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program delegated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to the State of Florida and administered by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Tenants required to be covered by a Multi-Sector Generic Permit (MSGP) shall submit the required Notice of Intent (NOI) to DEP and provide a copy of the NOI and related Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to the Port Authority's Director of Environmental Affairs. All tenants and users shall comply with their own SWPPP, if applicable, and with the Best Management Practices (BMP) applicable to their facilities and operations contained in the document entitled "Port Manatee Storm Water Pollution Prevention Best Management Practices", which is available through the Director of Environmental Affairs.
