The parking of all motor vehicles within Port Manatee, except for motor vehicles owned or leased by the Port Authority and other governmental agencies, is restricted to certain designated areas. The owner or operator of any such vehicle must obtain from the Executive Director or his designee a decal to be placed on the vehicle identifying the parking area designated for said vehicle. No vehicle other than those owned or leased by the Port Authority or other governmental agencies shall be parked in any portion of Port Manatee other than the parking area designated for said vehicle.
