Driving Directions to Port Manatee
From North Via Interstate 75
- Heading south on I-75
- Take Exit 228 – Interstate 275 towards St. Petersburg
- Take Exit 2 to U.S. 41 North (This is the last exit before the toll road)
- Turn north onto U.S. 41 — go approximately three miles
- Turn left onto Piney Point Road (Port Manatee North Gate – entrance near water tower)
- Cross two sets of railroad tracks
- Turn left at Port Manatee Main Entrance sign
- Enter Port Manatee Access Control Center to obtain visitor’s pass
From North Via U.S. 41
- Take U.S. 41 south
- Drive approximately 10 miles south of State Road 674/College Avenue in Ruskin
- Turn right onto Piney Point Road (Port Manatee North Gate – entrance near water tower)
- Cross two sets of railroad tracks
- Turn left at Port Manatee Main Entrance sign
- Enter Port Manatee Access Control Center to obtain visitor’s pass
From South Via Interstate 75
